communication between management, the Board, investors, employees and

**Your responsibilities**:
**Challenging and supporting decision-making**
- Critical advisor to the business by challenging assumptions and decisions- Analytical insights to guide executive team in making informed decisions- Identification of risks and opportunities that can impact the company´s strategy**Strategic planning and alignment**
- Lead the development of the company strategic plans and goals and ensure alignment across business- Work with executive leadership team to define priorities**Market and competitive analysis**
- Articulation of strategy to internal and external stakeholders- Ensure alignment with Board expectations- Support articulate strategy internally and externally**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's degree a plus- Proven experience 4-5 years in consulting, advisory, corporate strategy roles or a related field- Track record in leading strategic planning and influencing senior leadership Challenge status quo mindset- Excellent analytical skills- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines- Strong communication, stakeholder management, cross functional collaboration and presentation skills- Ability to navigate complex business challenges and drive results in a dynamic environment- Mid level experience (4-5 years)- At Fluidra, we are committed to both the professional and personal development of our employees.
