The **Agile Coach** is responsible for:
- Exhibit the behaviours of a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile Mind-set
Train, coach and mentor teams whilst implementing SAFe
- Facilitate teams progress toward team goals - The Agile Coach is a facilitator and is continuously engaged in challenging the old norms of development to improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity
- Lead team efforts in relentless improvement - Help the teams improve and take responsibility for their actions; facilitate retrospectives
- Teach problem-solving techniques and helps the team become better problem-solvers for themselves
- Promote SAFe quality practices
- Build high-performing teams - Focus on ever-improving team dynamics and performance
**What you bring**:
- Experience as Agile Coach within large delivery organisations, with demonstrable experience leading teams on agile methodologies
- Preferably certified AgileCoach/SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or similar - comfortable with servant leadership style
- Leader with the ability to develop and communicate the objectives, inspire, coach, and motivate the team
- Ability to continue to monitor, learn, and implement best practices via the agile community
- Knowledge and experience of working in agile frameworks, (eg SAFe Agilist/SPC, Scrum, Kanban, Agile PM)
- Expert user of Microsoft tools: Excel/PowerPoint/Word
- Experience of agile tools: Jira and confluence desirable
