About the Role

If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as an Account Manager in Malaga (On Site), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and more.

What You Will Do

* Have full managerial responsibility of a portfolio of German SME clients with a focus on portfolio growth and long-term account retention strategy.
* Identify client needs with products and services and sell appropriate value components to create greater customer engagement.
* Proactively manage an effective pipeline, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to achieve and exceed profitable growth targets.
* Seek out new sources for expansion opportunities, e.g., self-generated, client referrals, subsidiaries or sister companies.
* Ensure premium value is delivered aligned with client’s goals, delivering a positive customer experience and achieving customer advocacy.

Your Qualifications

* Proficient or bilingual in German plus advanced English.
* Background working for/in the German Market.
* Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
* Challenger mindset with creative thinking to identify new business opportunities.
* Highly organized, able to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
* Exceptional communication skills, confident speaking with senior executives, and influencing decision-makers.
* Quickly understand client needs to drive results and identify new opportunities.
* Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

Benefits

* Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Mon to Fri 9 to 18 hs.
* Salary €20,480 gross/year + up to €3,000 gross/year in bonus.
