* Have solid knowledge of the areas, developments, and client journey

Your Role
* Manage qualified international buyers from first contact to closing
* Conduct online and in-person property viewings
* Present and sell new developments across the Costa del Sol
* Negotiate offers and guide clients through the full purchase process
* Maintain structured follow-up and CRM updates
Requirements
* Native or fluent German + strong English
* Strong knowledge of local areas and developments
* Proven sales / closing mindset
* Autónomo or willing to work as self-employed
* Own car and driving licence
* Professional, proactive, and results-driven
