Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Listening Analyst to join our SEO and Social Media Listening squad. This profile will set up technical dashboards, monitor, analyze, and translate social media conversations about our Human Pharma products and industry trends. The successful candidate will have hands-on technical expertise in social media listening tools (we use Sprinklr now, so any experience with it is helpful, but we need someone platform-agnostic, as we might explore other vendors in the future), data analysis, and stakeholder communication, being able to translate technical concepts and KPIs in a language that matches people with different levels of understanding of this field (form basic to advanced customers). They will be responsible for identifying insights from patient and HCP conversations, creating actionable reports for multiple teams, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance analysis capabilities. This role requires strong collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, medical affairs, customer insights, and regulatory teams.
Job Responsibilities:
• Execute comprehensive social media listening strategies across all Human Pharma products and support market monitoring for future launches
• Collect briefing from clients and create dashboards for monitoring specific topics
• Utilize social media listening tools (primarily Sprinklr) to monitor patient and HCP conversations across multiple platforms
• Cross-match key insights obtained in this platform with other marketing tools, like SEM Rush and other platforms and data sources
• Analyze social media data to identify trends, sentiment, and insights relevant to pharmaceutical marketing and medical affairs
• Create insightful reports and present findings to diverse stakeholders including marketing teams, medical teams, and customer insights managers
• Translate complex social media listening concepts into easy-to-understand insights with actionable recommendations
• Develop and implement AI-powered analysis projects to enhance data interpretation and reporting capabilities
• Monitor conversations in multiple languages, with English as primary focus and additional languages as needed
• Collaborate with the Social Media Listening coordinator and existing analyst to optimize project workflows
• Work closely with regulatory teams to ensure compliance in social media monitoring and reporting
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in social media listening, AI technologies, and pharmaceutical digital marketing trends
• Support cross-functional projects connecting social media insights with SEO, paid media, and broader marketing strategies
Requirements
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media listening and analysis, with deep understanding of monitoring tools and methodologies
• Proficiency in social media listening platforms (Sprinklr experience highly preferred)
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare social media monitoring is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and report creation, with ability to adapt insights to different stakeholder requirements
• Experience with AI tools and technologies for data analysis and insight generation
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and presenting complex data to diverse audiences
• Experience in digital marketing areas such as SEO, paid media, or marketing strategy is a significant plus
• Ability to work with multilingual social media content and global market insights
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in translating data into actionable business recommendations
Desired Skills:
• Fluent English communication skills (additional languages such as Japanese, German, Spanish, French, or others are a plus)
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry environment and understanding of regulatory considerations
• Strong collaboration and project management skills, with ability to work effectively across multiple teams and time zones
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a global environment
• Active user of AI technologies in daily work with enthusiasm for exploring new AI applications in social media analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques for creating compelling stakeholder presentations
