- - Your primary objective is to gain + retain customers by offering industry leading solutions. You will be working with internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.-

- To lead customer tender projects, driving + offering compelling logistics concepts;
- To offer new concepts + technology to solutions while building on existing best practices;
- To present proposed solutions to customers;
- To engage with internal + external stakeholders to manage the solution process;
- To ensure high standards of compliance during solutions offering process.
** What we would like you to bring**-
- Comfortable engaging with customers and building relationships;
- Knowledge of warehouse operations (inbound/outbound);
- Experience in customer solution teams;
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset;
- Technical skills in Excel, Power BI, Python, AutoCAD; automation experience is a plus;
- Good time management and ability to track project timelines;
- Understanding of cost structures (e.g., pallet costing);
