In this role, you will act as a strategic partner for clients within the fast-moving property and hospitality sector. As an Account Manager for Customer Success, your mission goes far beyond basic support; you will be the primary engine for account growth, identifying untapped potential and implementing tailored product and process improvements that help your clients thrive in a competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance Account Optimization and Retention

* Provide high-touch relationship management for both newly onboarded and existing hosts, building a foundation of trust to foster sustainable, long-term partnerships.
* Proactively identify and address host questions, concerns, and pain points to improve overall satisfaction and account health.
* Act as a consultant to help hosts maximize their listing quality, providing data-driven account optimization strategies tailored to their specific market needs.

Pipeline Management and CRM Excellence

* Master the use of Salesforce (SFDC) and other cutting-edge Customer Success tools to track progress, manage complex accounts, and streamline client workflows.
* Take full ownership of a pipeline consisting of high-value accounts, ensuring consistent movement toward ambitious growth and expansion goals.
* Consistently meet or exceed individual outreach targets and engagement KPIs, maintaining a high volume of quality interactions with your portfolio.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

* Actively champion the Voice of the Customer (VoC), gathering insights from your daily interactions to identify opportunities for product enhancements and process efficiency.
* Work in close synchronization with territory sales teams, program managers, and internal stakeholders to align on team goals and deliver outstanding results.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new digital tools to stay competitive and maximize client success.
* Engage in continuous personal development, specialized sales training, and knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.

Requirements

* Professional Experience: 1–2 years of proven success in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related high-level client-facing role.
* Education: BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience in a business-related field.
* Language Mastery: C2 level of German (native or near-native) and a proficient level of English .
* Communication Power: Exceptional written, verbal, and over-the-phone communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
* Results-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
* Organizational Skills: Superior ability to multitask and manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:

* Proficiency with Salesforce, Mixmax, or similar CRM and outreach platforms.
* A background or strong interest in hospitality, property management, or the travel industry.
* Emotional Intelligence: The ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and foster positive, impactful professional relationships.
* Entrepreneurial Spirit: A mindset characterized by innovation, proactive problem-solving, and a desire to identify new opportunities.

* Competitive Compensation: Base salary of 30.000€ gross/year plus a performance bonus of up to 3.500€ gross/year .
