We are looking for an Inside Sales role to help strengthen and optimize our Sales Department through customer outreach, sales support, and commercial process improvement.
You will work closely with our teams in the Netherlands, Spain, and Belgium, contributing to customer development, lead generation and administration, and sales process improvement while gaining exposure to real-world commercial activities in the laboratory products sector.
Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in De Meern, The Netherlands. The main goal of this position is to support and optimize the Sales Department by improving sales support workflows, strengthening customer follow-up, and contributing to lead generation and customer retention activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
* Provide sales support to colleagues in the Netherlands, Spain, and Belgium
* Conduct cold calling for lead generation
* Contact customers after purchase to gather feedback
* Assist with quotations and consumables sorting
* Support marketing-related sales activities
* Help improve customer follow-up and internal sales processes
* Contribute to plastics recycling initiatives
Requirements "must have"
* Interest in sales, customer relations, and commercial processes
* Comfortable with phone outreach and professional communication
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Proactive and eager to learn
* Fluent in Dutch and English
Requirements "nice to have"
* Interest in the life science field, laboratory products and/or research environments
* Basic understanding of B2B concept regarding either sales or customer service
* Marketing or CRM exposure
* Driving license B
