Work Shifts: Morning:
07:00 – 16:00 Afternoon:
15:00 – 00:00 Night:
23:00 – 08:00
Salary & Bonuses: Base net salary:
1,800 BGN Additional pay: +10% for weekend shifts ️ +25% for night shifts +100% for work on public holidays
Performance Bonuses: Up to 1,200 BGN net/month – performance bonus (starting after the first month) One-time bonus of 1,000 BGN net – after completing 90 days of employment
