About the Role
We are currently looking for a Norwegian-speaking Google Ads Sales Executive to join an international and fast-paced sales team in Barcelona. In this role, you will work with businesses in the Norwegian market, helping them grow through tailored Google Ads solutions while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing clients in the Norwegian market
* Identify business opportunities and recommend suitable Google Ads advertising solutions
* Consult with clients to understand their objectives and optimize their digital advertising strategies
* Develop strong, long-term relationships with advertisers and key stakeholders
* Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
* Stay up to date with Google Ads products, tools, and digital marketing trends
Requirements
* Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written)
* 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B, digital marketing, or online advertising
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Interest in digital marketing, online advertising, and technology
* Target-driven mindset with a customer-oriented approach
* Ability to work in a hybrid work model in Barcelona
