The opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading firm and play a pivotal role in driving Agile project delivery. You will work with high-performing teams to support global clients, ensuring successful project execution through Agile methodologies, innovation, and collaboration.
Your key responsibilities
As a Scrum Master / Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading Agile project delivery for AI Data solutions on modern cloud platforms.
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Managing project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies (India, Italy, etc.).
- Tracking and reporting project progress using Agile metrics and KPIs.
- Identifying and mitigating risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams.
- Ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication across all levels.
- Maintaining project documentation and knowledge bases.
- Supporting change management and adoption of Agile practices.
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong leadership and project management skills in Agile environments.
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching abilities.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication in English and Italian.
- Ability to manage distributed teams and work across time zones.
- Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
- Commitment to continuous learning and Agile innovation.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in global environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and project delivery.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and data solutions.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools.
- Fluency in English and Italian (B2-C2 levels).
Ideally, youll also have
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.
- Experience with AI-driven project management tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and integration with Agile delivery.
