Recruiter
with a strong background in
IT talent acquisition
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in the
Spanish market, experience in
managing recruitment teams, and the ability to collaborate effectively with
colleagues in Germany and other international offices. Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute
end-to-end recruitment processes
for IT and technology roles — including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding — ensuring high-quality and timely hires. Build and scale
a high-performing tech talent pool for our
new technology hub in Valencia, directly contributing to the company’s growth and success. Develop and implement local employer branding strategies
to position the company as an employer of choice in the Spanish tech market, achieving measurable candidate satisfaction and engagement. Ensure
consistent and effective communication of the employer brand
across all candidate touchpoints, from sourcing through onboarding. Manage, mentor, and support recruitment teams, driving performance, collaboration, and goal achievement in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate closely with international stakeholders, particularly the Berlin-based teams, to align recruitment strategies, tools, and processes. Adapt and localize integral recruiting processes
to meet market needs while maintaining consistency with corporate standards. Use data and analytics
to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency, identifying bottlenecks and designing process improvements. Manage relationships
with external recruitment partners, job boards, and universities to enhance sourcing capabilities and strengthen employer visibility. Provide
market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices
to support business decision-making and workforce planning. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture
at the Valencia site, acting as a cultural ambassador for the local and international teams. Represent the company externally
at tech community events, university partnerships, and networking initiatives to build long-term talent relationships. Ensure an outstanding candidate experience, incorporating feedback and driving initiatives that maintain satisfaction scores. Occasionally travel to Berlin
for workshops, team meetings, and strategic planning sessions. Requirements
Proven
experience in IT recruitment
within the Spanish market, ideally in senior or leadership roles. Strong understanding of the
technology landscape, including software engineering, data, infrastructure, and emerging tech trends. Demonstrated experience in
building and leading recruitment teams
and managing full-cycle hiring at scale. Track record of
meeting challenging hiring goals
and optimizing time-to-hire through strategic sourcing, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making. Experience in
employer branding, including designing and executing campaigns that increase visibility and attract quality talent. Proficiency with
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
— experience with
Greenhouse
is highly valued. Proven ability to
use technology and analytics tools
to improve recruiting processes and outcomes. Strong
strategic mindset, capable of balancing short-term hiring needs with long-term talent growth initiatives. Fluency in
English and Spanish
(both written and spoken);
German
is a plus. Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Experience in
setting up recruitment functions
for new business units, locations, or markets. Background in
international recruitment
and collaboration within cross-cultural teams. Expertise in
process optimization, using tools and analytics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience. Demonstrated success in
university relations
and building long-term partnerships with educational institutions. Ability to adapt
employer branding and recruitment strategies
to diverse cultural and market contexts. Excellent
communication and interpersonal
abilities, able to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and executives. Strong
relationship-building
skills with internal stakeholders and external partners. Strategic thinker
with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement. High
emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to put oneself in the candidate’s shoes to deliver exceptional experiences. Resilient under pressure; able to
