As a Senior Project Manager at Honeywell Madrid you will be part of our Industrial Automation Business Unit and will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time within budget and aligned with stakeholder goals. Reporting directly to the Sales Director you drive efficient execution risk and cost management quality assurance and strategic alignmentensuring each project strengthens Honeywells market position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure
Develop project plans schedules and resource allocation
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies
Coordinate project team members and stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field and Project Management advanced knowledge.
Languages : Spanish C1-C2 and English C1-C2
Minimum 6 years of experience in end-to-end project management.
Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully Project operations and financial processes.
Availability to travel 3-5 days a month.
Proficient in project management software and tools
