Your role ensures students’ safety, punctuality, and comfort while maintaining constant communication with families, transport providers, and school staff. You will manage bus routes, assign students efficiently based on location, handle transport for trips, and coordinate route monitors and their training. You’ll also oversee incident response, budget management, and continuous service improvements.This is a permanent, full-time position immediately available.To view a full job description, click hereKey responsibilitiesPrepare the schedule for school routes, taking into account the school's entry and exit times.Coordinate with transportation companies to configure itineraries, stops, and schedules for school routes.Assign students to routes for optimal logistics of pick-up and drop-off based on proximity to their homes.Request services from transportation companies for excursions, outings, and school trips.Coordinate the organization of route supervisors and substitutes if necessary.Ensure the necessary training of personnel involved in the route service.Be responsible for active communication between buses and families so that the latter always know the location of their children.Manage any incidents, always informing the Director and families if necessary.Propose and communicate improvements that can be made to provide a better route service to families.Manage, prepare, and communicate budget-related information.Periodically accompany monitors to check and ensure compliance with road safety regulations on buses and the school's transportation regulations.Ensure compliance with the General School Transportation Rules as outlined in the internal operating and organization regulations.Assume any additional responsibilities that may be determined at any time.Who we are looking for :
Education :
Engineering, Business Administration, or related university studies.Desirable :
Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) with the three specialties :
safety, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics and applied psychosociology.Experience in logistics, supply chain, operations area or similar.At least 1 year internally or 3 years in a similar positionBenefits at Cognita :
