Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for dedicated Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries from Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
* Assist customers with product information, technical support, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
* Stay updated on product developments, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
* Provide feedback to enhance customer service processes and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
* Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics sector.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
* Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
