We are looking for a pro-active, and experienced Software Engineer with strong background in cloud systems, virtualization technologies, cloud-like resource orchestration and monitoring, deploying microservices in containers, and eco-efficiency monitoring to join our diverse team in Atos. We offer a position in a dynamic and international environment in our Research and Innovation department to develop your carrier.
Location:
o Madrid, Seville, Barcelona, Valladolid
o Hybrid-mode (Teleworking at 60%)
Requirements:
o Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Software Engineering
o At least 3 years of experience in software development (Python, GO and RUST) and deployment in containers.
o Knowledge of container orchestration technologies to design, build, configure, and expose cloud native applications for Kubernetes.
o Experience with cloud and Edge systems (i.e. Kubernetes, Rancher, Fleet, Openshift, K3S), with a focus on resource orchestration (e.g. multi-cluster, OCM, etc) and monitoring systems (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Thanos, Grafana, Datadog, etc).
o Experience in working in CI/CD environments (Git, Jira, Jenkins, etc) & pipelines for product engineering.
o English B2+ minimum. C level desirable.
Desirable Requirements:
o It will be valuable certain familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools.
o It is also valuable any previous experience in innovation and pre-sales departments or in European research projects (H2020, HE)
