Responsibilities
As a Web and Marketing Tools Intern, you will support the marketing team in maintaining and improving the company’s digital presence. You’ll work on web publishing, SEO, and user experience initiatives to help ensure that our digital content is optimized, well-structured, and aligned with brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Web Content Management:
Assist with updating, publishing, and maintaining website content using the company’s Content Management System (CMS). Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting across pages and platforms.
2. Information Architecture (IA):
Help structure and organize web content to improve navigation, accessibility, and user experience. Collaborate with the design and content teams to make websites intuitive and easy to use.
3. SEO Optimization:
Implement proper tagging, metadata, and keyword placement to improve search engine visibility. Support ongoing SEO audits and assist in identifying opportunities to enhance organic reach.
4. User Experience (UX) Support:
Contribute to UX design and usability improvement projects, including reviewing site layouts, conducting basic user testing, and gathering feedback to refine the digital experience.
5. Marketing Tools and Analytics:
Support integration and maintenance of marketing tools and technologies used for performance tracking, lead capture, and engagement analytics.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, design, and technical teams to ensure consistent branding and cohesive digital communication across all channels.
Qualifications
7. Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing, Web Design, Communications, or related fields.
8. Basic knowledge of SEO principles and web content management systems (CMS).
9. Interest or experience in UX/UI design and user research.
10. Strong attention to detail and creativity.
