Join to apply for the Dutch Speaking Onboarding Account Manager (Hybrid) role at Ignite. Are you a Dutch speaker with a passion for the digital landscape? Join our high-performance team in the heart of Barcelona! We are looking for a Strategic Onboarding Manager to oversee the entry of high-potential Dutch businesses into the Google Ads ecosystem. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to thrive in our seaside office 2 days a week while enjoying the autonomy of remote work for the remaining 3 days.
Client Integration: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new accounts, building high-converting PPC campaigns from scratch.
Strategic Growth: Proactively reach out to Dutch businesses to understand their unique goals and propose tailored advertising solutions that drive results.
Performance Optimization: Audit and refine live campaigns to ensure long-term sustainability, focusing on maximizing client ROI.
Funnel Consultancy: Advise clients on the big picture— from optimizing landing pages to precision audience targeting and creative split-testing.
Market Intelligence: Act as a Dutch market expert, gathering regional feedback on product features and data privacy concerns to influence our internal roadmap.
Data Storytelling: Use KPIs and performance metrics to build compelling reports, providing clients with the insights they need to scale their spend.
Native-level fluency in Dutch (C1-C2).
Digital Agility: Comfortable using CRM systems and integrating AI-driven productivity tools into your daily workflow.
A persuasive and confident communicator who can turn complex technical data into easy-to-understand business value.
Cultural Fluency: A sophisticated understanding of Dutch business etiquette and market expectations.
Privacy & Compliance: High awareness of GDPR and the Dutch market's specific focus on data protection and ethical marketing.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to navigate complex decision-making processes and build trust with skeptical or highly analytical Dutch clients.
Critical thinking with a focus on data-backed decision-making.
