Job Description:
What you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring overdue customer accounts and managing supplier payments.
- Managing insurance and guarantees.
- Managing and controlling cost centers.
- Coordinate the recovery of international taxes, including VAT and other related taxes.
- Oversee and manage international tax obligations, ensuring compliance with local and general regulations.
- Monitoring asset depreciations.
- Managing fixed assets.
- Controlling inventory and stock levels.
- Managing cash flow.
- Collaborating in the preparation and monitoring of forecasts.
- Preparing monthly and annual reporting.
- Assisting in the implementation of the new ERP system.
- Assisting in the review of customer and supplier contracts.
- Registering new suppliers and maintaining supplier records in Workday.
- Collaborating in the organization of supplier evaluations.
- Verifying, issuing, and sending purchase orders.
- Maintaining procurement mailboxes, with special attention to DTN Australia.
- Working together with the Procurement and Logistics manager to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax and customs transactions.
What you will bring to the role:
- Education and Experience:
- University degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
