We are seeking an experienced Global Account Manager, Hospitality to join our expanding international team. The role is based in Madrid and offers a full-time contract.
As our Account Manager, your goal is to develop and implement strategic account plans to grow our business within the Hotels sector, increasing our share of wallet in major hotel projects across Spain and the EMEA region.
You will leverage proven selling strategies, our product portfolio, your network in the Hotels sector, and market insights to create opportunities within your assigned accounts. Building long-term relationships with international hotel chains in Spain and EMEA, you will drive sales to meet individual targets and promote cross-selling.
Main Responsibilities
1. Focus on assigned accounts in the Hotels sector, engaging with key stakeholders such as investors, franchisees, and project management teams across Spain and EMEA.
2. Lead and coordinate the planning and execution of strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
3. Achieve sales targets and results across the EMEA strategy.
4. Use product knowledge and market insights to differentiate the company and identify opportunities.
5. Leverage CRM tools to manage performance and communicate effectively.
6. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels of the client organization.
7. Guide and collaborate with account team members and regional teams involved in hospitality projects.
8. Develop account and opportunity strategies, including setting sales targets and growth activities.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a proven track record in driving growth within B2B product businesses relevant to the Hotels sector.
* Possess at least 5 years of experience in roles such as Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Account Manager, targeting the Hotels sector in Spain and EMEA.
* Have strong knowledge of the Hotels sector, including major players and recent developments.
* Be an excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
* Be a passionate networker, capable of connecting with key influencers across various functions.
* Be a dynamic self-starter with a customer-oriented approach.
* Be a native Spanish speaker with fluent English skills; additional European languages are a plus.
* Be proficient in SAP/CRM and Microsoft Office.
* Be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.
