Affluent Academy is one of the UK's leading education companies for digital agency owners. Founded by Jordan Platten, we help aspiring and established entrepreneurs start, scale, and systemize profitable marketing agencies.
What started as The Social Media Marketing School in 2019 has grown into a global platform with two core programs:
Agency Launch Program: A hands‐on, two‐month coaching experience guiding beginners from zero to consistent clients and revenue.
Elite Program: A scaling track for established agency owners (earning 10K–100K per month) focused on team building, systems, and growth.
Our mission: to create the most practical and results‐driven education for agency owners worldwide — combining strategy, mindset, and execution.
The Role
We're looking for a Client Success Manager to coach our clients through the Agency Launch program and help them find success — someone who has agency experience and knows what it's like to build from scratch.
You'll serve as a coach, strategic advisor, and accountability partner for 40–60 students inside Agency Launch. Your goal: help them gain momentum, close sales, and build confidence as they grow their agencies.
This is not a reactive support role — it's a hands‐on, high‐touch coaching position for someone who thrives on helping others take massive action and create real‐world results.
What You Are Responsible For
Client Onboarding: Own the client onboarding experience, ensuring smooth and welcoming transitions
Tech Setup: Get clients set up with the required tech/software (Circle & Notion) during onboarding, and answer their tech questions throughout their membership
Client Management: Manage 40‐60 clients, delivering proactive and strategic support. Answer all client questions, encourage community participation, and address any concerns efficiently via Circle
Client Coaching: Lead 1:1 coaching calls via Google Meet (8‐12, 30‐min calls per day) focusing on program engagement, accountability, lead generation & sales QC, and mindset
Progress Tracking: Monitor & track client journey milestones
Primary Focus Areas
Guiding students through the Agency Launch program (curriculum, sales phase, and delivery basics)
Supporting students with mindset blocks (imposter syndrome, sales fear, discipline)
Teaching and reinforcing core skills — lead gen, sales calls, service delivery, and system setup
Ensuring students feel seen, supported, and challenged to hit targets
Holding students accountable to their own success efforts & encouraging participation and engagement
How Your Success Is Measured
≤24h onboarding of clients the sales team closed
Keeping churn Maintaining 9+ CSS score
Receiving 3‐5 student testimonials monthly
What You Bring To The Table
1‐3 years experience on the fulfillment side of an agency/experience coaching entrepreneurs through building their own agency
High Ticket Sales experience necessary
Lead Generation experience preferred
Background in content strategy or personal branding preferred
Proven track record of driving client outcomes (retention, renewals)
Tech‐savvy and adaptable; comfortable using Notion, Google Meet, & Circle

Emotional intelligence and the ability to lead clients through challenges gracefully

Located in the UK or EU timezones.
OTE: ~£5k/month (with bonuses + commission)
Remote Work: 100% Remote
Working Hours: available for Slack communication & client calls 9am‐5pm UK TIME (must be located in the UK or EU)
Paid Time Off: 20 Holiday Days & Bank Holidays
