In this role, you will optimise and support People systems, ensuring Workday functionality, data accuracy, and reporting enable effective HR operations and informed decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR systems
Support data uploads, corrections, and ongoing data management
Deliver system training, guidance, and documentation for users
Support compliance, audits, and data governance requirements
Experience working with HR data, analytics, and reporting tools
Exposure to global HR environments and multi-country system setups
Understanding of Workday security and business process configuration
Knowledge of data protection, privacy, and compliance requirements
Experience supporting system changes or project-based initiatives
Performance-based annual bonus
