An international company in the promotional products sector is expanding its product management team and looking for junior talents with strong potential to help drive category growth and commercial impact across key markets.
The Opportunity
This is a strategic and hands-on role in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll be responsible for managing product categories end to end from research and planning, to supplier alignment, product launch, and performance tracking. Depending on your experience, you’ll either lead strategy or grow into it with close mentorship and support.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Support or lead the development and execution of category strategies aligned with sales and profit goals.
2. Track market trends, consumer needs and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
3. Select, plan and manage product assortments, ensuring strong value and positioning.
4. Collaborate with procurement, inventory and marketing teams across regions.
5. Conduct supplier and product performance reviews to ensure quality standards.
6. Contribute to forecasting and help prevent over/under-stocking.
7. Play a key role in seasonal collection planning and product innovation.
What We’re Looking For
8. Experience in product/category management, ideally in retail, FMCG or consumer goods.
9. Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with motivation to grow into a product ownership role.
10. Solid project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
11. Data-driven approach and understanding of product performance metrics.
12. Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
13. Willing to travel occasionally (monthly trips within Europe + 2–3 per year to Asia).
