As a key player in our UGC team, you will lead efforts to collaborate with influencers and creators, driving the production of high-quality UGC that embodies our brand's values. You will handle strategy, execution, and optimization of UGC campaigns, working closely with creative producers and in-house production teams to achieve outstanding results.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for understanding and meeting user needs, a creative mindset, and a strong background in influencer and UGC marketing, particularly within the health & fitness or lifestyle niches.
In this role, your tasks will be :
1. Develop and implement UGC-focused influencer marketing campaigns targeting top-tier markets in the USA, LATAM, and Europe.
2. Identify and collaborate with influencers (bloggers, content creators, and UGC makers) across various platforms to produce high-quality content.
3. Cultivate new influencer relationships and explore channel expansion opportunities to achieve target goals and broaden our reach.
4. Manage and maintain daily communication with influencers to ensure timely delivery, adherence to contracts, and effective negotiation of compensation to maximize campaign results.
5. Craft engaging and clear briefs and scripts in close collaboration with the creative production team to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and campaign goals.
6. Review video and image content to ensure accuracy and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
7. Use historical and current data to analyze and optimize UGC strategy.
8. Stay updated with social media trends to inform strategy and drive innovative content ideas, especially in UGC.
9. Explore new ways to innovate and enhance our influencer marketing approach, staying abreast of the latest trends.
Must-have skills you'll need to bring :
* At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within health & fitness or lifestyle niches.
* Deep understanding of the full cycle of influencer marketing — strategic planning, identifying key metrics, campaign delivery, and performance evaluation across various platforms.
* Proven experience targeting the US market.
* Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Solid grasp of current marketing tools and platforms.
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Nice-to-have qualifications :
* Experience creating successful UGC campaigns.
* Case studies involving TikTok influencers.
* Background in video production, SMM, PR, or branding.
* Proficiency in Spanish at an upper-intermediate level.
* Experience in writing compelling copy for social media captions and video scripts that engage and convert.
* Creative thinker with a passion for UGC content and storytelling.
* Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects.
* Effective problem-solving abilities and adaptability to change.
* Strong relationship-building skills for fostering long-term influencer partnerships.
