As an Account Executive for EMSE, you will join Gartner's fastest growing region, operating at the forefront of Gartner's sales function. You will be responsible for retaining and acquiring new clients, with ownership of a specific territory targeting emerging tech providers.
What you'll do :
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with organizations new to Gartner.
2. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
3. Retain current clients, increase their satisfaction, and foster account growth by ensuring they derive maximum value from Gartner services.
4. Be aligned with one of Gartner's markets.
5. Collaborate with the Midsize Enterprise Sales team to develop best practices and prospecting techniques.
6. Work within a multicultural environment with various languages spoken.

What you'll need :
1. At least 1 year of consultative selling experience with a proven success record.
2. Strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and business insight.
3. A high drive for success coupled with a collaborative approach.
4. Experience managing the full sales cycle, including new client acquisition.
5. Experience in managing, retaining, and growing a client portfolio.
6. Fluency in English and German.
7. Competitive spirit with a collaborative mindset.
8. Problem-solving skills and a passion for learning and feedback.
9. High self-confidence.
10. Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, competitive, and collaborative environment.
11. Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
12. Location: Hybrid in Barcelona CoE (relocation available).
