What you will do:
The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Business Analyst Intern in the Accommodation team you will be in charge of:
1. Working with data and reports to extract key insights that support business decisions.
2. Assisting in data collection and organization to standardise reporting processes.
3. Helping to create and maintain reports and dashboards using Google Sheets, Salesforce and other tools.
4. Providing clear insights and summaries to support leadership and stakeholders.
5. Analyzing trends and market competitors in multiple dimensions that can impact eDOs Inventory strategy.
6. Collaborating with different teams to understand their data and reporting needs.
7. Sharing relevant updates and findings in team and business meetings.

8. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism, Economics, or a related field.
9. Analytical mindset, enabling quick extraction of insights from data and provision of effective solutions.
10. Proficient in Google Sheets and comfortable working with reports and dashboards (SQL knowledge is appreciated).
11. Clearly communicating findings and results in English (the day-to-day working language).
12. Curiosity: Demonstrated enthusiasm for exploring data, uncovering insights, and consistently seeking new ways to improve existing ways of doing.
13. Organised self-starter: Methodical and detail-oriented, with a focus on producing results.
14. Ambition: A strong drive to excel, influence, and make an impact within a growing business. Aspiration for personal and professional growth.
15. Highly motivated: Enthusiastic about learning and eager to contribute ideas, proposals, and perspectives to drive constant improvement in team performance.
16. Team player: Willing to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
