In this **Field Clinical Specialist** **temporary role based in Barcelona**, you will develop clinical education materials in connection with clinical investigations. You will also provide expertise and clinical insights on the device, procedure, and protocol throughout the life cycle of clinical investigation. The scope of the role is the whole Cataluña region, and the travel time will be approximately 60% of the time.
**How you will make an impact:**
+ Provide education on all aspects of the device, device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques related to equipment, tools, and products required for device implants.
+ Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and staff on technical matters related to investigational products and procedures by conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one ad-hoc training sessions and structured in-service education programs.
+ Maintain product in-service activities and ensure that customers are prepared to use Edward's products.
+ Validate software and hardware updates in the field, as applicable.
+ Responsible for the certification of centers, physicians, and other related staff, as well as Edward's personnel, as outlined within Edwards SOPs.
+ Interact with KOLs and proctors.
+ Continuously improve training curriculum, materials, and tools based on clinical trial experience, Edward's guidelines, and SOPs.
+ During commercial procedures, provide physicians and medical staff with the required follow-up support to ensure continuity of education and technical support related to all aspects affecting patient outcomes.
+ Learn the product(s), physiology, anatomy, applications, and the "language" of the market and Edwards Lifesciences.
**What you'll need (Required):**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Pharma...).
+ 1 year of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience and/or training experience in a clinical or technical environment.

+ Good computer skills in MS Office Suite and ability to operate general office equipment.
+ Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both in English and Spanish.
