An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our established organisation and become an integral member of our Transactions Team.

\n

We are seeking a driven and motivated business professional, based in Madrid, to join our efficient, well‑organised, and highly proficient central operations office.

\n

Role Overview

\n

This is a client-facing role involving negotiation and senior-level communication, both internally and externally. The successful candidate will need to perform well under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and work quickly and efficiently.

\n

You will provide direct support to the Corporate Finance Director and play a key role in assisting, guiding, and supporting transaction teams throughout the deal process.

\n

Candidate Profile

\n

You will be educated to degree level and have relevant corporate finance experience gained within an accountancy firm, corporate finance boutique, or business brokerage. You will have been involved in, and preferably led, a number of successful transaction completions.

\n

You will be confident advising clients and providing guidance and leadership to junior members of staff.

\n

Key Competencies

\n

- Strong technical and practical knowledge of M&A; transactions.
- Highly computer literate; experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional manner.
- Strong numeracy skills with the ability to analyse and interpret financial information.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong relationship‑building abilities.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask, managing several projects simultaneously.
- Ability to motivate, lead, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
