About the Role
We seek a Senior Backend Engineer or Staff Engineer to build scalable, real-time systems powering the platform. This role involves working on advanced distributed systems, low-latency solutions, and architectural contributions to redefine an industry.
Key Challenges
* Design and implement scalable architectures for large data volumes and high user concurrency.
* Optimize system performance for real-time responsiveness .
* Solve complex distributed system problems, including managing Kafka partitions, WebSocket connections, and asynchronous event processing .
* Build infrastructure supporting AI-driven functionalities with reliability and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer or Staff Engineer with expertise in distributed, scalable, real-time systems.
* Deep knowledge of backend technologies like Python, Kafka, WebSockets .
* Strong understanding of concurrency, asynchronous programming, and low-latency system design .
* Experience with large-scale systems, ideally in video streaming, real-time communication, or SaaS.
* Problem-solving mindset with a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
* Familiarity with AI/ML is a plus, not mandatory.
