Your Tasks
* Establish work instructions and planning documents in collaboration with the headquarter
* Determine production times and calculate manufacturing costs
* Production planning and control incl. missing material coordination and order release/ technical completion
* Technical Supervision, support and continuous improvement of the structural assembly operations
* Initiate and introduce construction or process changes
* Moderate problem solving between the engineering, quality department and the shopfloor team
* Support engineering department regarding producibility of aerostructures and respective optimizations
With this you convince us
* Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience required, master's degree would be desirable
* Good user knowledge of SAP, PLM software such as Siemens Teamcenter, CAD and MS Office
* Practical Lean Manufacturing know-how and mindset
* Please submit your application for this position in English
* C1 levels in Spanish and English required, German would be an advantage
* Availability to work abroad during the first 6 months
* Willingness to support the start-up phase of our new factory as well as structured way of working and communicating in a dynamic environment
