**ABOUT THE JOB**
We are looking for a senior Civil Engineer to join Bilbao/Madrid Office within the City and Territory Consulting Business Line, to lead the civil engineering and transport team in urban and regional planning projects and in coordination with international multidisciplinary teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading the definition of urban transport and infrastructure systems for Regional Development Plans, Territorial Plans, Urban Regeneration, Master Planning, and Basic Infrastructure Plans for new cities and productive complexes.
- Promoting resilient and sustainable solutions in urban infrastructure and mobility.
- Coordinating feasibility studies, strategic planning, and project development in the field of urban transport and infrastructure, with a focus on road systems and urban mobility.
- Supporting business development and proposal preparation.
Experience in nature-based solutions, sustainability, and regional resilience will be highly valued.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Have a degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, or similar, with a Master’s in Urban Planning, Regional Development, Urban Infrastructure or Mobility and Transport.
- You are willing to develop your professional career in the field of urban infrastructure (sanitation, sewerage, drainage, energy and telecommunications) or transportation at an urban planning scale.
- You have 5 to 10 years’ experience in urban planning projects, infrastructure and transport or related fields. Previous work experience in similar projects would be an asset.
- Willingness to travel and undertake project stays abroad.
- Previous experience working in multicultural environments (Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America, Middle East, etc.) is an asset.
- Knowledge of site grading, road modeling, traffic modeling software.
- Knowledge of Office package, AutoCAD and digitizing software and tools such as GIS, or the Adobe package.
- You are a dynamic and proactive person with contacts in the sector at an international level, with good communication skills.
- You consider yourself to be a team player with a good technical background.
- You work autonomously and have an innovative mindset.
- You have advanced English and Spanish. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset particularly Arabic, French, Russian.
