The Job: We seek a Sales Director / Director of Origination of Renewables Energy in Germany to advance our mission by sourcing and securing attractive investment opportunities in Renewables. Recruit, train, and lead a team of originators that source and close on Renewables acquisitions. Identify, build, and manage a network of broker originators to source and close ground lease and renewables transactions. Build relationships with customers and institutional partners to identify large-scale investment opportunities and increase the value and revenue from the Company’s asset portfolio. Experience: A background in renewable energy and real estate. Real estate negotiation and closing experience. Business-to-Consumer direct sales, including outbound dialing. Business development experience and existing relationships with Renewable Energy providers a plus. Experience leading sales teams preferred. Personal attributes: An entrepreneur from an institutional background who seeks a new challenge. A person who shares our values. A love of adventure - we are creating a new company in new asset categories in new countries. Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
