Key Responsibilities
* Support the M&A Associate in drafting and structuring investment memorandums, teasers, and other materials required throughout the investment process.
* Conduct research on companies, sectors, and markets to back investment rationales and strategic recommendations.
* Collaborate closely with the investment team to gather and consolidate all relevant information for each transaction.
* Maintain, review, and update investment documentation as deals progress through the pipeline.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* 2 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services.
* Proven experience preparing and structuring investment materials.
* Full professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
* International exposure and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment.
* Outstanding attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a methodical working style.
* Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and strong motivation to learn and grow.
