Overview
We are recruiting a Staff Consultant to join a fast-growing, international technology-driven business unit. This role is designed for a high-potential professional to work directly with senior executives, supporting them in board-level presentations, strategic steering, business growth initiatives, and commercial pitch development.
The company is developing innovative real-time tracking and data-driven solutions based on cloud, IoT, and advanced analytics, enabling visibility and optimization across multiple industries. The adecuado candidate will bring consulting-style skills (Big Three or Big Four strategy arm experience highly valued), combine analytical and business acumen, and possess strong communication and storytelling abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with C-level executives to prepare and deliver board presentations, strategic reviews, and senior leadership communications.
- Support commercial pitches and sales initiatives, ensuring clear, compelling, and impactful messaging.
- Conduct strategic and financial analysis to support growth initiatives and decision-making.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights for executive steering.
- Collaborate across strategy, business, and sales teams to align strategic priorities with execution.
- Contribute to organizational development and business expansion projects in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. MBA strongly preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles.
- Previous experience in Big Three (BCG, Bain, McKinsey) or in the strategy arm of the Big Four is highly valued.
- Near-native English proficiency (C2 level) ;
Spanish desirable.
- Mastery of PowerPoint, Excel, and strong skills in modern collaboration and visualization tools (Miro, Notion, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical mindset, able to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with executive presence.
- Resilience, adaptability, and ability to perform under pressure.
- MBA strongly valued.
