The Role: Validation Manager – Data Migration (GxP / CSV / Data Integrity)
Location: Full Remote from Europe
Languages: English (C1-C2)
Project Overview
We are looking for a Validation Manager to join a team working on a data migration project. The project focuses on migrating data from a legacy system into a new environment.
The role will be responsible for ensuring that the migration process complies with GxP-requirements, while defining and overseeing the validation strategy for the project.
Requirements
* Seniority: Senior (4+ years of experience)
* Strong experience with Computer System Validation (CSV), Data Integrity and GxP regulated environments.
* Proven experience in data migration validation projects.
* Experience developing Master Validation Plans.
* Ability to manage the validation project, define validation strategies, review systems and produce structured validation documentation.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Key Responsibilities
* Lead validation activities related to the migration of data
* Assess and review the current systems and support the validation process.
* Develop and maintain the Master Validation Plan (MVP) for the project.
* Prepare and manage validation documentation, including protocols and reports.
* Ensure compliance with GxP regulations, Computer System Validation (CSV), and Data Integrity standards.
* Validate the migration systems and ensure the process follows the approved data migration plan.
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure validation requirements are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
