About the Role An opportunity has arisen for a
Guest Relations Executive
position to join our
Rooms Department
in
Jumeirah Mallorca.
The Main Duties and Responsibilities
Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check‑in/check‑out, accurate room assignments, and seamless guest service.
Lead and develop the team through coaching, mentoring and performance management to deliver consistent excellence.
Oversee Opera system, maintain data accuracy, control rates and ensure SOP compliance.
Resolve guest feedback and complaints professionally, implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction.
Control departmental budget, monitor performance and optimise resources to maximise efficiency and profitability.
About You
Previous experience in a 5‑star or luxury hotel environment, familiar with LQA, Forbes, or FHR standards.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving and multitasking skills, able to perform efficiently under pressure.
Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and guest‑focused mindset, calm and approachable, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences.
