Position Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, technically inclined Sales Manager for Electronics and Controls to join our growing sales team in Spain. In this role, you’ll own your assigned area, drive market share growth, and provide exceptional technical guidance and personalized solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and grow sales within your assigned area, achieving company targets and increasing market share.
2. Initiate contact with customers, conduct visits to present our products, offer technical advice, and explore customization options.
3. Conduct product training (in person and virtually) to keep customers informed and updated.
4. Build strong relationships with customers and collaborate on tenders, quotations, and proposals.
5. Coordinate with Marketing and Operations to support new product launches and ensure smooth information flow.
6. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to stay ahead of trends and developments.
7. Align product opportunities with customer needs and stay updated on trade compliance.
Qualifications
* Strong technical background with a degree in engineering or similar.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
* Experience in the HVAC sector.
* Customer-focused with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Energetic, accountable, and enthusiastic about new challenges under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
* Additional language skills.
* Knowledge of international trade regulations.
* Experience in product customization or engineering solutions.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software.
* Background in industrial or refrigeration sectors.
