Role overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead early commercial development in the Spanish market. This is a full-time role focused on building relationships with veterinary clinics, launching pilot programs, and supporting the transition from early adoption to recurring revenue. You will work directly with the founding team and play a key role in shaping our initial go-to-market approach.
Key responsibilities (Business Development)
* Identify and engage independent veterinary clinics that match our target customer profile

Candidate profile

* Relevant background in industrial sectors such as mining, chemicals, metals, energy, oil & gas, pulp & paper, or similar environments
* Previous involvement in industrial services, rental solutions or EPC environments is a plus
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Entrepreneurial and able to work independently
* Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
* Willingness to travel frequently across the country
