**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives responsible for selling service
contracts.
- Territory will include: France, Italy, Spain and portugal.
- Prepare accurate monthly forecasts of orders and Revenue.
- Work directly with the service and FAs teams to support their goals and drive incremental business.
- Leverage practical process Improvement (PPI) to devise ways to streamline processes.
- Plan and direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control
sales programs.
- Manage, develop, mentor, control and empower e the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales targets are met.
- Assess staff performance and providing mentor and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the support groups to facilitate business operations.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales.
- Prepare reporting and presentations as needed.
**What We’re Looking For**:
**Experience**:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience in the Life Sciences sector is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, Italian and/or Spanish is a bonus.
- ln-depth understanding people management and sales strategies and tactics
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- 3-5 years experience leading and developing sales teams preferable.
- 5-years of sales experience.
