Customer Service Manager
Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid) - Relocation support: Provided
About the role: We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Manager to join an international marketing and advertising team in Barcelona. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner for Dutch-speaking clients, helping them improve their online marketing results and achieve their business goals. You’ll play a key role in optimizing digital campaigns, supporting client growth, and contributing to the company’s success across Europe.
Your Responsibilities
- Create and execute tailored digital marketing strategies for clients.
- Provide data‑based recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Communicate with clients via calls, video meetings, and email, building long‑term relationships.
- Work towards sales and performance targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1) and strong English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6‑12 months of experience in online marketing, PPC, or sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Interest in marketing, technology, and digital solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: €24,000–30,000 per year (depending on experience).
