Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary team, driving operational excellence and technical rigor in Production and Manufacturing Engineering.
* Lead industrialization of new work packages from concept to serial production readiness.
* Direct and optimize manufacturing processes for aircraft assemblies, ensuring timely achievement of milestones while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
* Build a high-performance culture, coaching mid-level managers and team leaders, and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Anticipate and resolve production bottlenecks through proactive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination with Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Headquarters.
* Develop robust KPIs, dashboards, and governance routines to monitor performance, delivering clear data-driven bi-weekly reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
* Master's degree in Engineering;
specialization inAeronautics highly desirable.
* Minimum 10 years' experience in aerospace industry, including 5 years in leadership roles within production environments.
* In-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing systems, strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing methodologies, and Quality Management standards.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities, solid experience in project management, teams management, risk management, problem-solving, and effective communication.
* Proven success in industrializing complex aerospace structures and components.
* Fluent English (C1 level);
proficiency in German astrong asset.
