➪ About Clue
At Clue, we research, design, and manufacture new computing technologies to enable innovative intelligent systems. Our motto is to create simple solutions to big problems. Clue focuses on next-generation avionics, offering a series of general-purpose computers for aerospace systems based on modular and flexible architecture. We also develop machine-learning applications especially built to run in our airborne hardware. The development of Systems on Chips (SoC) and ASICs for safety-critical applications is part of our roadmap as well.
➪ What is the job about?
The System Engineer will be responsible for defining on-board systems based on customer or internal needs, capturing system requirements and functions, and defining implementation plans by utilizing expertise in various areas of engineering. You will work closely with design engineers to agree on design drivers and solutions that meet system requirements, and be an integral part of the system design process, collaborating with various development teams.
What will you do?
Execute Systems Engineering processes to develop technical solutions, and ensure that both customer and stakeholder requirements are satisfied.
Develop Systems Engineering artifacts throughout the product development lifecycle.
Ensure that proper effective engineering processes are utilized in the execution of the project.
Collaborate with architects from different teams: SW, SYS, HW & FW, in order to ensure consistency and technical excellence.
Take part in the development of the functions and procedures of your own team.
Get involved in the full lifecycle (from requirements elicitation through to verification/certification and delivery).
Collect the test means requirements: capturing, challenging and tailoring a solution in close contact with the stakeholders and settling/agreeing the system verification and validation strategy.
Give support to Customer design and all the production areas during the verification and integration processes.
➪ What profile are we looking for?
Aerospace, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering Master Degree.
5+ years of experience with avionics products and projects.
Specific knowledge in system engineering (INCOSE, V&V, Configuration, Process Assurance).
Knowledge of office automation.
Fluent in written and oral English.
As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll have:
Demonstrated Systems Engineering Experience coupled with engineering experience in a relevant discipline.
Hardware/electronics understanding.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
Valuable:
Experience in international projects.
Knowledge of aerospace standards.
Specific knowledge in project management (PMI, Agile).
Certified INCOSE.
Certified PMP, CAPM or CESP.
