* Your role: You will be the visionary and creative leader of the agency, establishing Molina Visuals as "the place to go for innovation in classical music." Your mission is to delight and surprise our clients and audiences with your vision and creativity while helping them achieve their goals.
* Responsibilities include: Photography, filmography, animation, brand identity, graphic design, and web design. Leadership skills and excellent communication abilities are essential to inspire and empower your team.
* About our agency: We understand what classical music is and its cultural significance. Deep knowledge of classical music is required.
* Key qualifications: Visionary leadership, excellent communication, experience in creative development, UX knowledge, attention to detail, trend awareness, team orientation, passion, multitasking, talent attraction, autonomy, and language proficiency in English (German or Spanish appreciated).
* Responsibilities: Brainstorming, conceptualizing campaigns, supervising creative work, creating moodboards, sourcing visual references, presenting projects, pitching ideas, client interaction, UX/UI presentation, overseeing production, and location assessments.
* Team collaboration: Work closely with strategists, project managers, web designers, graphic designers, copywriters, animators, film crews, photographers, and web developers.
* About Molina Visuals: A boutique, remote creative agency serving top classical music institutions worldwide, with a friendly, positive team environment.
* Location and communication: Remote work is possible from anywhere, with a time zone overlap of at least 4 hours with Europe and the US. Our clients are mainly in Europe and the US.
* Work terms: Freelance, on-demand basis, with potential for extended contracts based on performance. Opportunities for growth are available.
