Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers professionally when they return their vehicles.
2. Check a high volume of vehicles back into the rental fleet daily.
3. Identify and assess any potential new damage on vehicles, documenting findings for evaluation.
4. Contribute to the Quality Control process to ensure damage records are accurate and current.
5. Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions, ensuring a smooth return process.
6. Support other branch operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support branch success.
