Job Description
AXA is a leading insurance provider with a global presence, committed to innovation and technology-driven transformation. The Group Security division, part of AXA Group Operations, defines security standards for AXA entities, overseeing security posture and providing centralized services such as Crisis Management and Security Operations Centre.
Role Overview
The Information Security Lead Expert develops and implements AXA's strategic approach to Information Security across the Group, including governance, oversight, and advisory services. This role reports to the Information Security Executive Manager and may act as deputy, managing budgets and leading teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the Group Information Security team.
* Ensure achievement of security goals, targets, and deadlines.
* Provide strategic advice to business leadership on Information Security matters.
* Develop and maintain security policies, instructions, and guidance.
* Promote a security-aware culture and embed security by design principles.
* Manage security threats, incidents, and crises at the group level.
* Upskill security practitioners and foster innovation within the security function.
* Engage with leadership and the wider security community to promote best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 15 years in Information Security, with experience in a global environment.
* Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in program management and risk assessment.
* Relevant certifications in Information Security.
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and complex projects.
