Job Description:
The role will work across all current agency clients, ensuring accounts run smoothly and efficiently, providing all requested services and reports, and influencing media investment strategies. The successful candidate will also prospect new clients, support the managing director in preparing and presenting to potential clients, and work closely with clients’ media agencies to leverage results and explore business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Media Agencies Relationship and Opportunities (40%)
o Receive and analyze client agency briefings, deliver campaign objectives to the media team.
o Create, maintain, and strengthen relationships with media agencies.
o Identify revenue opportunities through analysis of client spending and media investments.
o Monitor and manage media campaigns from the client/agency side.
o Supervise administrative coordination across accounts.
o Handle client briefings, media planning, and campaign delivery.
2. Prospecting (35%)
o Develop prospecting strategies.
o Present offers and proposals to prospects, including media planning as needed.
o Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and credit checks.
3. Client Handling (25%)
o Follow up on revenue objectives.
o Develop client strategies and media plans.
o Oversee client reports and summaries.
o Manage client calls and requests.
o Renew contracts with existing clients.
o Re-market assets as needed.
Skills Profile:
* Minimum 12 years’ experience in media and client services.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken (interviews in English).
* Proven negotiation skills.
* Profit-oriented mindset.
* Commercial and entrepreneurial acumen.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build relationships with clients, media agencies, and internal stakeholders.
* Ambitious and eager to succeed.
