In this role, you will guarantee process and plant data generation to evaluate and improve factories performances. They are responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring such technology with a regional scope.- Understand the processes critical metrics and generate dashboards and other tools to evaluate and improve factories performances.- Generate statistic and advanced process analysis. This includes production processes, maintenance processes, industrial procurement processes, industrial logistic processes, safety processes and any process related to the industrial tasks.- Standardize dashboards and PI systems globally as a working group.- Detect lack of defined standard instruments to generate necessary info for dashboards generation.- Management of activities related to PI in the region (assessments, mapping gaps, project implementations and status reporting, timeline definitions, risk evaluation, etc).- Management of the execution of the necessary maintenance, upgrades, and new projects with the operating units.- Identify, development and follow local and regional vendors and integrators performance to support implementation process.- Work together with IT in infrastructure and architecture of networks, aiming at the segregation between IT and OT networks following OT global standards and security policies.- Integration and data communication between the diverse layers of the network, following applicable cybersecurity protocols.- Identify quality issues, gaps and writing reports, eliminate defects and errors in products and software utilization.- Constantly generate EDA (exploratory data analysis) and propose ML (machine learning) models to improved processes performance.- Lead internal and any integrator development team.- Collaborate with several corporate and local areas, preparation of technical documents, presentations, and reports.- Background: Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science and Machine Learning.- Advanced English (and local regional language if applies).- Knowledge Tools: Microsoft Office package, BI tools (Tableau Power BI), Python programing, Data base management, PI systems (OSI, Google Cloud Platform, Ignition, etc).- Soft skills: storytelling, curious, resilient, organized, urgent census and prioritization of demands.- Strong analytical skills.- Passionate about trying new solutions.- Experience with project management.- Strong Leadership and problem-solving skills.- Strong goals-oriented skills.- Strong people relationship skills.- Availability for regular travels.- At Bunge, people don’t just come here to work, they come here to grow - solving challenges that directly impact the world with a diverse team of problem solvers and doers.Li-aa3**We Are Bunge**Bunge is a general agribusiness with one mission - we connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
