Remote Growth Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave and lead digital demand-generation and funnel-optimization initiatives.
You will own Medi Guide's digital growth engine, focusing on inbound lead generation, conversion funnel optimization, and digital initiatives that accelerate our B2 B sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with our global Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to high-quality MQL generation, nurturing, and conversion into SQLs.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical, digital-first marketer with strong experience in B2 B performance marketing, Linked In Ads, website optimization, and SEO.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize B2 B paid campaigns with a strong emphasis on Linked In Ads targeting insurers, brokers, TPAs, employers, and corporate benefit decision-makers.
Develop and manage SEO strategy, including keyword research, content recommendations, and technical improvements to drive qualified inbound traffic.
Oversee continuous website optimization: UX improvements, conversion rate optimization, landing page creation, and performance tracking.
Identify, test, and scale new digital growth channels suitable for B2 B healthcare (e.g., industry platforms, partnerships, webinars, targeted content syndication).
Create effective lead-nurturing workflows to support progression from MQL to SQL.
Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to develop marketing collateral and content that enhances the sales cycle and supports a seamless client onboarding experience.
Track and analyze key metrics (MQL volume, CPL, conversion rates, cost per SQL, website performance, SEO progress) and use insights to improve ROI and guide decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional English communication skills.
3–5+ years of experience in B2 B digital marketing, ideally within healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, Saa S, or professional services.
Proven success with Linked In Ads for high-value B2 B lead generation.
Experience in SEO management, analytics, and website performance optimization.
Hands-on knowledge of conversion funnels, lead scoring, and CRM/marketing automation tools.
Highly analytical mindset with a strong command of attribution and performance metrics.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment: self-driven and proactive.
Strong project management skills: able to execute, iterate, and deliver quickly. Nice-to-Have
Experience with healthcare or insurance B2 B markets.
Familiarity with funnels targeting brokers, underwriters, HR leaders, and corporate benefits managers.
Experience with Hub Spot, Zendesk, or similar CRM tools. What We Offer
