Global quality and training manager

As a Global Quality & Training Manager, you are responsible for designing, building, running, and optimizing a quality management and training unit as an integral part of CHG Global Operations, growing our specialists worldwide for the best results, efficient handling of processes, and driving quality KPIs to the best results for our customers.

Your responsibilities will be:

Setting up from zero to hero a Quality Management organisation withing Global Operations for all countries, hubs, and all levels of expertise

Pushing the conceptual and process work into a daily practise for all our global sites and managers, coaching all involved players to maximise success and lay the base for future optimization of our daily work for the customers

Taking over the management of Training for the life cycle of all specialists in Operations, from Onboarding to Expert development

Embed individual Coaching in daily work in our teams, guiding our specialists to the best results and efficient handling of daily tasks

Takes ownership in the creation of knowledge updates and is responsible for onboarding materials and training formats in a generative AI solution

Guidance of the team leader community in sharing best practices and uniting processes for best results around the globe

Builds and maintains knowledge of own business knowledge regarding Global Operations profiles and programs

Coordination of Learning for the global community – from classroom to virtual sessions, from onboarding to individual micro learning sessions

Setting up and managing Quality KPI system (internal & external)

Taking direct leadership of Training & Quality Specialist (focused on Training) and indirect leadership of global Quality Analysis Expert (which is a shared function for a selected seniors community)

Requirements for your success:

3 years minimum experience in Quality & Training Specialist position, best 5+ years

Leadership & Management experience in a multinational & multicultural environment in the field of Quality Management and/or Training

Fluent level in English (spoken and written), additional languages highly appreciated

Good communication and presentation skills

Good understanding of modern learning tools, software & solutions

Strong experience in the organization of quality analysis in a multi-stakeholder environment

Works independently, is well organized, and works well in a team

Proven customer-centric success in Q&T field

Experienced in people development

Business travels required (approx. one travel month after onboarding)
