Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
Experience managing accounts payable and receivable
Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Bonus : CPA, CFA, or previous experience in fintech or climate tech

Technical Skills (Must-Have or Strongly Preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (financial models, dashboards, macros, etc.)
Experience with ERP systems (e.G., Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
Familiarity with accounting software (e.G., QuickBooks, Xero, Holded)
Understanding of SaaS metrics and startup KPIs (MRR, CAC, runway, burn rate, etc.)
Ability to collaborate with product and tech teams using data reporting tools (e.G., Looker, Power BI, Tableau – optional)
Experience working with or tracking ESG/climate impact metrics is a strong plus
Comfortable working in a startup/tech-driven environment, adapting to tools quickly,
